In this video I have discussed 3 REITs “real estate investment trust stocks” from my portfolio which I believe are perfect stocks during the current situation. I think these stocks are perfect not only in terms of growth but also in terms of paying handsome dividends continuously over the decades. One of these companies continued paying dividend during stock market crash of 2000, 2007-2008, and Covid Outbreak. And more importantly these REITs have very strong business models even safer during economic downturns.
